    By accessing or using Think Avenue, ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    2. Description of Service

    Think Avenue is a career development platform that provides AI-powered tools, frameworks, templates, and coaching resources designed to help professionals advance their careers. Features include positioning reports, resume building, interview simulation, LinkedIn optimization, and salary negotiation resources.

    3. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use Think Avenue.

    4. Payments & Refunds

    • All purchases are one-time payments processed securely via Stripe.
    • Prices are shown in CAD or USD based on location and are subject to change with notice.
    • 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all paid products. Email hello@think-avenue.com and we'll process it the same day.
    • Upgrades between plans are available; you only pay the difference.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Share, resell, or redistribute any Think Avenue content, templates, or tools.
    • Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the service.
    • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, tools, frameworks, templates, and materials on Think Avenue are the intellectual property of Think Avenue. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them for your own career development. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

    7. AI-Generated Content

    Think Avenue uses AI to generate career reports, feedback, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI output to your specific situation.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    Think Avenue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Think Avenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access Think Avenue will cease immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Think Avenue after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal resolution.
